Liars and scammers the lot of them.
I was really looking forward to calling this apartment and Houston my new home to live for many years to come. But after only 1 week of moving in. We had problems with the neighbors being loud with music really late into the night. Unfortunately everyone has a hard time parking in their designated areas. We have cockroachs and lizards and spiders that come in through our walls. At one point the plumbing in the buildings malfunctioned. The only upside of this apartment is its cheap rent. The management were unresponsive to our requests for repairs, they didnt catre about the cleanliness of the apartment and left a trash dumpster in the parking lot for over 4 months. There have also been several issues of snakes in the apartment. Do not move here.
