Greetings from New York. I'am happy to leave my thoughts after all these years. I lived at Greenview around 6/70 thru 3/71 The rent was $125. a month. Everything was affordable back then I was 16 /17 then. I lived in the 1 bdrm. next to the office by the pool. I seemed to close my door to loud all the time for the tenants above.(the manager and also my boss) I think they were happy to see me join the USAF. And I worked there too part time. Still some affordable apartments out there! Some of the reviews here are laughable... You get what you pay for.
The thing about this complex , we've talked to the ladylandlord at the time I don't know if she's still there(the crackhead looking one) with her husband as a maintenance dude i believe at the time ,about the roach problems, we always kept the place clean. Roaches were coming through the sink and everywhere. You feel that unwelcome vibe when you walk into their office.
