Great management and quiet community. Apartments are upgraded with new laminate, countertops, cabinets, appliances and bathrooms. We have lived here four years and have been very happy.
I recently got approved to move in, and I can't be more excited to move here in June!
The neighborhood is good. Neighbors are good. Fact they have increased my rent $300.00 since the outbreak of Covid is unethical. If you do move in, anticipate a 100-150 increase every year on rent plus additional requirements like insurance and paying for inspections. Staff is rude. Anytime you call it seems like you’re annoying them. They also delay posting your rent check for over a month if a single person goes on vacation (apparently only one person in the entire company does the payments) My electric bill is 300-400 a m... read more
