I recently got approved to move in, and I can't be more excited to move here in June!
The neighborhood is good. Neighbors are good. Fact they have increased my rent $300.00 since the outbreak of Covid is unethical. If you do move in, anticipate a 100-150 increase every year on rent plus additional requirements like insurance and paying for inspections. Staff is rude. Anytime you call it seems like you’re annoying them. Great place to live. The staff is awesome! Lots of great neighbors.
Quite and Safe! My overall experience was well. This complex is very quiet and small. The neighbors are all very friendly and respectful. A lot of insects within this apartment, centipedes, especially bad in the spring and summer months. However maintenance is good at treating the issue.
