I tried for days to call and talk to someone or to leave a message with no luck of anyone answering the phone and you can never leave a message because it’s always full. Therefore, I stopped by the office today at Greentree Village Apartments to give the new manager an update which would of taken less than one minute of her time. The office stated they were OPEN but the door was locked so I left. I really want to give this place a higher rating because it deserves it :-) but I have tried to get a hold of somebody there to speak to them about becoming a resident and I cannot get a hold of anybody. I actually called a couple of times about 4 or 5 years ago, the same thing happened around 2 years ago and the same thing today. I always left messages but would never hear back. Visiting a friend. Nice apartment, two floors. Matinance is slow to be done. Manager is hard to reach.
