I am aware that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I would just like to come Greentree's defense & say that once a company (Greentree) credits a customer's card, it comes out of that company's bank account the same day & is shown as a credit on the batch total the following day. It is the customer's credit card company that decides when the customer receives the money for the credit.. So in a sense it is, in fact, out of their hands..
I went to Greentree looking for a 2013 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 Access Cab w/manual transmission after seeing online that one was in stock. Upon mentioning the vehicle I saw online, I was told that it was not in stock and that the website was not updated--in this day and age, there is no excuse for this. I was sent to James Uzzo, who claimed he could find the truck for me. I left a $1000 deposit and signed a contract to get the ball rolling.
