Doesn’t salt the parking lot, doesn’t plow the parking lot, will not allow the tenants to put anything on the steps to prevent falls. Cheap outdated apartments. Hasn’t updated wiring which results in constant power outages. I’ve been living here since June (6 months) and we’ve had 4 power outages. Everything runs on electric including your heat.

I lived here for several years and never had any issues. It's not the fanciest place, but the price is perfect for someone wanting a basic apartment in an excellent community (Green, OH). Located near the Massillon, Akron/Canton Airport and Shuffle Rd exits off 77, you have easy access to both Akron and Canton. You're also only 1 mile from Boettler Park and 1.5 miles from The Twisted Olive.
