Housekeeping never comes despite saying they come every 3 days. Had to ask twice after a week before someone finally showed up, just to not change the bedsheets. Room is generally dirty and damaged, showerhead is unhinged and swivels, floors cracked, bathroom faucet clogged. Walls are EXTREMELY thin. Nobody is ever at the front desk. $100 deposit was charged instead of held and they made it a hassle to get refunded. To top it off, "free breakfast" is cereal and coffee.
The hotel overbooked so they cancelled 8 of our friends' reservations the day they arrived. Really poorly handled
It was okay, Pasadena is fairly safe compared to certain parts of LA, but front desk dude at check in was kind of creepy, I don't remember his name, but the lady there during check out was very polite.
