Close to convention center. Neighborhood felt safe. Plenty of outlets and USB ports at the desk and the bed. The window shade was crooked in a way that left a noticeable gap of uncovered window, and the AC was functional but rather noisy.

Thee worst experience ever. Shower tub has black mold, rust, dirty towels, I had to buy some new towels. Ripped curtain was absolutely gross. Front desk tried to offer a room where the black mold was even more noticeable. And supposedly was a renovated room which was a lie. The manger never once called me back. I checked every day with the front desk to have him give me a call since they were never in the hotel. Zero accountability and frankly it should be shutdown due to black mold.

The long business meetings during my hotel stay had me completely drained. Thankfully, a colleague raved about Lina (Her Telegram : @Linamei2) as a sweet, professional, and outstanding Nuru masseuse who delivers full service (FS). He was spot on. 駅近のモーテル。Der Mar駅から信号待ちにもよるが徒歩3〜5分。チェーンホテルらしく室内は清潔でリネンも気持ち良かった。隣は人気レストラン、斜め向かいはホットデリのある大型スーパーやラーメン屋があり食事にも困らない。ダウンタウンまでメトロで30分くらいなのでリーズナブルな宿泊特化ホテルとしての利用も良い。2026/7現在一部部屋をリニューアルしているようで工事音や車の音がうるさかった。
