Staff was amazing! Super helpful and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Ideal location, easy walk to Colorado blvd and downtown Pasadena. Room was clean and everything you need.
Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room smells like mold and chemical cleaner. The floors were covered with vinyl flooring properly and the floating floor is warped. Makes us feel like we have vertigo for days. There's only a 20W light bulb in the bathroom and you have to leave the bathroom door open just to see to shower. Not What the Photos Promised I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel did not match the ads or photos at all. The bed felt like a king-size mattress squeezed onto a queen-size frame — the mattress was literally flopping out on both sides, making it uncomfortable and poorly fitted. The window shade was worn out, and one of the drawers on my side was missing. I even found someone else’s sock left behind, which shows the cleaning standards are not up to par. Room is not cleaned. Floor is very dirty. Sheets doesn't look changed. Room Smells bad. Bathroom door lock doesn't work.
