Office staff and maintenance staff are great. The only problem I have is the "ghetto mentality" of the tenants and their offspring. If something is wrong in or around your unit, don't hesitate, call if no work order is needed, or go in if it is. They can't fix problems when tenants don't inform them of the problems. Update: these last couple of months have been great. Management has been doing a great job weeding out the few tenants that were making this place a bit scary.
