Booked this through priceline. Not only did they not have a safe in my first room, the second room had no heat or A/C, the third room had no safe....I tried to get my money back and the manager would only agree to 50 percent. This is after an employee told me they will not pass their inspection this is coming up due to their fire system not being up to code. Then she told me I am not allowed to curse being upset. Have these people even heard about our constitutional right to freedom of speech. I called them no names but yes ... read more
No elevator and the only ice machine didn't work. I made reservations 3-4 months ago and they gave me a room with someone else already in it. Front desk hostess had a red cami-style shirt on, with her "nautica" bra straps blazing (unprofessional). When I walked back downstairs to inquire what's going on and she stormed off. Patrick remained professional and issued me a refund. I had to reload my bike (been on it for 11.5 hrs) and find another hotel. I was with 8 other people with 7 bikes.

Bad experience. The bedsheets were dirty and the pool was closed. We only stayed one night and will not return.
This place is a Dive…gross…no towels, no shampoo, no body wash!!! We checked in and just want to shower and go to bed!!! Plastic bag tied over smoke detector!!! Thinking about sleeping in our car tonight. Very dark!!! Every light fixture with two bulbs only has one working bulb!! What a disaster!!! If you have ANY other options, take it. So sorry to be staying here. Bathroom floor sticky. First time I have submitted a review.
