This hotel has most definitely come along way since my previous stay 4 years ago. It has been remodeled and is under new management, and i will now only stay here when I come to the Montrose area. Customer service is phenomenal as well the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Not to mention by far the best pool and hot tub, along with the breakfast every day (6am till 9am) at the perfect hours.

Group of 5, we booked a suite with 3 beds. The room had a weird smell and the sheets were dirty. After complaining we got switched to 2 rooms with 2 beds each. One room had a weird smell, the other loud AC, and the toilet wasnt cleaned at all (yellow stains). Overall the receptionist was very friendly and helpful but housekeeping has a long way to go, cleanliness is horrible.

A good place to stay but don’t expect too much it’s is a clean hotel but could use some updating. The staff weren’t being cooperative very very nice and helpful. It’s located next to a fast food place and it’s close to other eating establishments a short car ride away. The lobby and general area are clean as well as the rooms. The bed is comfortable anything is good and no dropped signal. The TV is very small and could be a bit larger. Room was extremely small for $237 with tax for one night two Queen. Hot tub was not working cold as hell hot water took forever to get to the second floor. The sink was the smallest sink I've ever seen no place put anything ice machine worked very very slow breakfast was minimal I will not stay here ever again

Update: The hotel manager has been very accomodating in addressing our concerns. I appreciate her openness and willingness to train her staff to do a better job in managing customer concerns in a more professional manner I stayed with my daughter and her family on July 12 and unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
