I stayed with my daughter and her family on July 12 and unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I entered my room it was obvious that someone had been laying on one of the beds. When we went to the front desk, they acted as if that could not be possible and that it was not an issue. After pushing the issue I was given another room. That room had an air conditioning unit that made a "screaming sound" and it would be impossible to sleep in that space. Very nice staff. Full breakfast. Clean rooms.
If you expect a clean, friendly, no frills, no pampering nights sleep, this is a good choice. This is an economical choice.
i’ve stayed in multiple best western hotels but this one is the worst one i’ve been. The bathroom wasn’t clean, there was a women’s undergarment (probably from the stayers before) , found a spider on the bathroom floor and overall the room wasn’t clean and needs some sanitising.
