Horrible. First room had blood stains on the sheets and pillowcases (yes, plural) and literally a mouse turd between the sheets. Super gross. The front desk attendant gave us a new room, and it was better enough. But totally worn out with multiple outlets so worn out that plugs barely stay in- charging electronics sucked. No such problems in the following other three hotels on this trip. If you’re paying more than $60/night here you’re being ripped off.
Be Sure to Stay away. Night shifts were professional and based on knowledge and professionalism, should be running the place. The King Suite is not as described. It needs to be renovated. It reeks of mildew, sweaty socks, wet dog, possibly mold. The floor is spongy and the linoleum is cracked and peeling. The bed has depressions and was soiled prior to arrival. Quit friendly place
This place is a dump, none of the lights work in the room, you can’t see shit in here
Horrible.. rude unhelpful staff . $180 per room on a Saturday night for a room worth maybe $50. This hotel is an embarrassment to the best western brand. Rooms smell like stale smoke . Cracked toilet seats. Overall a disgrace. I would avoid this place at all costs. Probably be better off at the econo lodge next door.
