Great location and price. Clean room and property. Housekeeping walked into our room at 8:45am while we were sleeping. Not cool.

We had a great stay at this location. We had great start with good customer service from the young man in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were nice and firm and the room had all the required toiletries. Water was warm or hot, depending on your needs and the heater worked great in the room. The only item is that the breakfast area was small and it did not accommodate all of the guests. We went around 7:30 am and they had cereal, eggs, potatoes, bread, juices, coffee and oatmeal packets. Green Tree was in a great location not too far from restaurants and downtown. The rooms were comfy and clean with plenty of parking.

Rooms were clean, but it was very noisy. People partying. Could hear people clomping around upstairs. Middle of the night someone knocking at our door a couple of times. Someone making cat noises outside our room to agitate our dog. 75 dollar fee for one dog. Room was over 200 dollars. Not a good experience at all.
