So many unnecessary charges from the Pinetop location. I cannot speak to anyone who can explain the charges. I have left numerous messages with corporate over the span of a week and have not heard from anyone. This stay has been a nightmare.
Got here after a late flight and the concierge Shay gave me some attitude about my check in time and then stuck me in a dirty bed at about 3am. When I went back to tell her that my room wasn’t cleaned before i got in there she starts cleaning the floors lol doing random activities? She said she had to finish her audit whatever that means. Was about 20mins of awkward waiting in the lobby before I got another room. Overall would not recommend this place they are not very good.
