They are fantastic! They have helped me buy and sell. I would and have recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor. When selling, they went above and beyond helping us to clean and prepare our home. They also saved us lots of money going over our project list, deciding what would add value and what wouldn't. When buying our new home, they helped us to move quickly in a fast moving market, allowing us to beat other offers that came in that same day. I cannot recommend them high enough!

I worked with Christine to buy a house, and was more then happy with how quickly she worked to get me into a house I wanted to see and how smoothly she made the buying process. She did great at keeping me informed on what was being done or needed and made sure she went over all the options I had the entire time. I will be using GreenTree if I ever decide to sell or buy another house.
