Worst experience. Do not stay here. We booked through a third party website (hotels.com, booking, etc). Upon check in, the front desk staff refused to give a room because they claimed the third party website had not paid them yet. She demanded that we pay in full at an higher rate if we wanted a room for that night. We showed her the confirmation email that we paid for online and refused to honor it. Absolutely Disgusting – One of the Worst Experiences of My Life I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at the GreenTree Hotel was so horrifying, I feel morally obligated to warn others. What was supposed to be a quick overnight rest turned into a complete nightmare—something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
