I have been a resident here for almost 9 years. During the time frame of ( 2020 - 2023) the culture of complex declined. The current property manager who rented me my unit has returned. Tanikya took over at the end of 2023 and once again, making this a better and safer environment to live. Upon, her arrival immediately lighting was restored to the parking lot. Green Tree Apartments it's a great place to live it's clean it's peaceful and it's safe management and staff or excellence.they are kind and nice if there's ever a problem with the unit. They will come as soon as possible and get the job done. The reason I know this it's because I've been a residence for 5 years.
Great place to stay, small building, quiet neighborhood, staff does nice job of fixing and/or keeping environment clean.. management always responds promptly and are helpful... no complaints
