So sad to see the state of this complex. It was a very upscale place in 1970-71 when I lived there with a roommate from work. We weren't even allowed to hang our pool towels on our fence to dry because it "downgraded the aesthetics".
I guess it's how Bill Gates started a project for Bonneville Power Administration for TRW in 1973.
