Whoever owns this property get your management under control every month we have a water leak every month we have water heaters going out I need to take a shower I've already gone 3 days without a shower what's going on here dude can't get nobody to do anything we need a better management we need somebody that can actually do something here can't get a hold of nobody
My wife and I lived at canyon and it was a great experience. April is awesome and she is very friendly and made the process easy. Tenants were friendly and we never had any issues while we lived there. The pool is indoors so it was nice not being in the heat either.
Recently moved here and the experience has been great so far. April has been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. The complex is quiet with really nice amenities. We are looking forward to being here for quite a while!
I have lived here for 10 years, we have the best manager, April and the best maintenance, Alex , I love living here they could maybe fix up the building alittle other then that I am pleased I have had 7 managers and I don't remember how many maintenance men and at least 5 or more owners, I love it here , I will never move from here
So far so good. April made the move-in process simple and painless.She is awesome at what she does.
