So far so good. April made the move-in process simple and painless.She is awesome at what she does. The only negative is being able to strongly smell whatever my neighbor is smoking; I haven't been able to bring people over due to the smell. Nothing against pot smokers, but if we share a wall, be considerate.

I have lived here for over a year, and I can’t say enough good things about the management and maintenance team. The property manager(April trevino) is always approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any concerns or questions she addressed promptly and with a positive attitude. The maintenance guy is exceptional always quick to respond and efficient in resolving any issues. I’ve been living here for a year, and the entire experience has been nothing short of excellent. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to the property manager(April) , timely communication, and a welcoming attitude. They made what is usually a stressful process incredibly smooth.
