RecommendedLived in Ryder House for nearly two years. Bill has been the best landlord we've ever had. Very accommodating and understanding. The maintenance staff here is extremely friendly and always quick to address any concerns. If they had property in Akron I'm sure we would still be renting from them. A+ highly recommended.
My husband and I have been living at Greentree for almost 2 years, by far this nicest apartment complex in canton to rent. Decent rent prices, utilities mostly included and best of all great landlord and maintenance staff!! Our apartment is a gorgeous, older, unique historical apartment but renovated to be modern. We love it here! It's like a community with our neighbors. Highly, recommend looking into these rentals if your looking for an apartment that makes you feel at home.
I lived in Bayldon Manor while I finished my Bachelor's Degree at Malone. This was my first apartment on my own, as I finished school and started in my career. It will always hold a special place in my heart, but this building and Bill really are the best. Haven't been a tenant even two months, but I've been very satisfied. The maintenance staff have been particularly helpful, jumping quickly on the repairs I've asked for and fixing them with friendly professionalism. Neighbors have also been great. Oh, and the building is gorgeous.
Greentree Rentals has some of the best properties in Canton. The sunny views of side yards, open floor plans, and uniquely historic buildings make you feel at home. Bill has been caring for these buildings and helping tenants for 35 years!
