I would love to speak with the owner about this apartment complex, my friend lives here and her apartment needs repairs, water has leaked in, mold on the windows, painting needs done, the tub is beyond repairable, old and stained, caulking needing done through out, needs painted from the water leaks and the trim needed replaced 15 years ago. This apartment complex is complete garbage. They had a fantastic manager for about 6 months who was fired abruptly simply for requesting more training and appropriate pay. Now it’s under new management who locks the office and doesn’t communicate with tenants. The lights outside of the A building have been out ever since the old manager was fired and it’s a serious safety hazard. Let’s not forget the bed bugs, cockroaches, and insane amount of mold problems. This place is a joke and needs shut down.

The outside lights were out for more than 2 weeks and my mother almost fell down the stairs. Nobody was responsive about fixing it. We had a great property manager but she was fired for asking for a raise because she was only getting paid 19 an hour for managing 3 properties and also being a maintenance man because they refused to hire one.
