We have a 17 year old dog and we didn’t make his scheduled appointment because of family health issues. I called to reschedule his appointment and they could not get him in until Oct 26th. I asked if I can get his arthritis medicine refilled until his appointment and was denied from the vet. This is medicine my elder dog needs to help him until his scheduled appointment. Let’s just say I canceled his appointment and taking him to another vet.
