I got 5 quotes (from reasonable companies, not Greenwood or other ripoffs) to replace a 22 year old gas furnace and add a heat pump for a 3600 sf house in Seattle. Andres was a competent estimator and reasonable to work with on hardware (American Standard instead of Trane) and details, including adding to the contract that if the location didn't pass inspection (sound), they would move it. I called Greentop looking for a competitive quote on some servicing another company was recommending. Wow what a difference. The other guys wanted $5200. Greentop reviewed the system and fixed everything for under $250. So glad I called. Next time I’m call Greentop first!

My furnace stopped working just days before a house guest was scheduled to arrive. Greentop was awesome! They diagnosed the issue and got a new furnace installed really quickly.
