The team has great communication, the tech was on time and very knowledgeable.
Adrian Aro was great! He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and seemed very detailed oriented which was a big plus. He explained what was being installed and showed us how to maintain the unit to keep it running efficiently. In the beginning we were questioning if we made the right decision to go with this company but in the end Adrian put us at ease with his excellent work. He is such an asset to Greentop that we will highly recommend this company to family and friends.
My mini split system wasn't working properly and I called Greentop. They had a tech out to my home within 24 hours. The tech was professional and efficient and had my system up and running the same day. I received good communication from the main office and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. I highly recommend this company!
Greentop did a fantastic job installing two split system air conditioners in our house. They completed the project in 2 days and left our house clean and feeling so much cooler! They were professional and great to work with!
We had our AC/Heat unit installed today and want to acknowledge a wonderful employee, Adrian Aro who was here from 8:30am till almost 6pm. He was working so hard all day, I was concerned that he wasn't stopping for lunch! He was exceptionally polite, detailed and did wonderful work. Very pleased with your service personnel!
