The owner and his team actually listen to their customers and respond with empathy and genuine interest in providing the best possible solution for my/your situation. Honestly speaking, this is a very good company with very nice and honest people! They really made my day today because I was having an emergency. When you have a facility like mine and your furnace fails to function during this cold season it becomes an emergency. Amazing service! I was a little apprehensive about calling an HVAC company because of all of the horror stories that I had heard about upselling but Ruslan was great. They were able to schedule me in same day and Ruslan very respectful as soon as he entered the door (asked if he should take off his shoes). He was very efficient at finding the problem with our furnace and did not try to sell us a whole new system. This is an amazing company I used to sell me and install my new natural gas furnace. I am so grateful I found this company by researching quite a few HVAC companies and their reviews. I felt Ruslan was honest and fair in assessing our situation and providing quotes for a few different reasonable options for our house. They're not the absolute cheapest option for HVAC but they install higher quality furnaces/heat pumps and, most critically, have highly skilled technicians. Given the cost of parts and labor for HVAC, it's worth the money to know the job will get done right. Thanks also to Alex for answering my countless questions along the way.
