Bad experience with customer service, rude and unprofessional !!I just called to have information for a house she instead of giving information started telling me it’s not for me because I have to pay my own utilities that I should look for another house keep asking for income right away after just saying you wouldn’t qualify I nicely asked if she has another houses and she clicked on me her voice tone was too bad, feeling discriminated.

This realtor is rude and unprofessional ! I am looking for a home to rent, as I am moving to this area from out of state temporarily for a few months. I called about a property and she immediately asked for my income, told her and she immediately told me what she recommends i rent for and hung up on me! I had other questions and instead of helping us find another home within our price range or leading us to someone who could help with a short lease. WARNING I was renting an apartment contracted through this realtor she has listed as a studio on Lincoln St. It has been the worst mistake in my life. She has made my life difficult. The unit is really old studios that are out of date witg the License to rent with no fire escapes. Poor condition and has cockroaches the mail is delivered to a different building handled by the hotel staff.
