Worst experience ever. Green Tech caused damage to my car that was unrelated to the repair I brought it in for. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, they tried to charge me to repair the damage that *they* caused. I ended up getting my car towed to a different mechanic who fixed the damage at HALF of what Green Tech quoted me. The local towtruck driver said he hears horror stories about Green Tech all the time and is surprised that they're still in business, so apparently, my experience was not uncommon. GreenTech is a super friendly, laid back place to take your car in to have quality workmanship while doing their best to be Green. Which means environmentally and animal conscious by using better products with added time being taken to keep as much of the “dirty” part of the job clean. I especially love the new building because we have plenty of room for your 2 & 4 legged kids to hang out and play. Not to mention plenty of cold water and a little treat for both.
Bruce and Tim were very friendly and knowledgeable! When the Honda dealership I took my car to misdiagnosed my car, Bruce and Tim offered to make an on-site call and they correctly diagnosed my car and repaired the part. They literally saved me thousands of dollars by choosing to work with them instead of Honda, and were really great to work with! I will be taking my car here in the future for any needs or repairs!
