DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am sure they will immediately remove this review. If you have any ideas about using high end appliances, fixtures, etc, STAY AWAY. They created so many issues when installing new items in our home- and do not accept responsibility for their technicians mistakes. The latest issue was that they ruined the finish on a powder room sink flushing out a brand new water heater that was set too high. Then blamed the issue on a manufacturer defect. Had a plumbing emergency on Saturday night around 9:30 pm on a long weekend. I called Plumbers911 and Justin from GreenTeam called me back. I explained what was happening and he quoted me the rates. He even told me about the coupon on the Plumbers911 website. Humberto Figuero arrived within an hour of me hanging up with Justin. He fixed the problem within 1/2 hour and then spent almost an hour cleaning up and writing up the invoice. I've been in the facility management field for over 40 years and have employed numerous amount of vendors. James and his staff have impressed me over all others. I have a couple of occasions that his team performed work at my house. All my wife could do is praise how polite, courteous and informative everyone of the Greenteam staff was. I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial project that you have.
