I installed a multi head split system 4 units 18kw in my house and the installation was smooth. The quote was also reasonable.
Not a great experience with aircon installation from Greentastic Pty Ltd. Intially had the trouble with pump cost that should have been covered by sales team. Struggled with the installation team, very hard to communicate with them. They did not install the units where we want them to install them and they just said that it cannot be installed and keep installing where they want. They just want to install the units and leave. Appalling behaviour and service. Left the rubbish promising someone would pick it up in couple of days but has been over a month and despite multiple calls to them no one has collected the rubbish yet. Edit - Has been over a week since they asked to email to them for further assistance but still no one has gotten in touch to address the issue. Completely unprofessional behaviour and a warning to anyone considering business with them.
The installation process was smooth and efficient. The team responded promptly and organized everything quickly after our old hot water system failed, ensuring the urgent replacement was handled without delay.
Retailer organise a fast aircon installation for my property. However the heat pump hot water system took longer than expected. Also I have to chase them around for the electrical/plumbing certificate but eventually got them. Both installers did a great jobs and look professional.
