Not a great experience with aircon installation from Greentastic Pty Ltd. Intially had the trouble with pump cost that should have been covered by sales team. Struggled with the installation team, very hard to communicate with them. They did not install the units where we want them to install them and they just said that it cannot be installed and keep installing where they want. They just want to install the units and leave. Retailer organise a fast aircon installation for my property. However the heat pump hot water system took longer than expected. Also I have to chase them around for the electrical/plumbing certificate but eventually got them. Both installers did a great jobs and look professional.
I was recommended to Greentastic by a friend of ours, it didn't disappoint! Manish and the team were very attentive and prompt with their service.
