Not a great experience with aircon installation from Greentastic Pty Ltd. Intially had the trouble with pump cost that should have been covered by sales team. Struggled with the installation team, very hard to communicate with them. They did not install the units where we want them to install them and they just said that it cannot be installed and keep installing where they want. They just want to install the units and leave. Terrible business. Twice turned up at 8pm to deliver units with 5 minutes notice. Did not send someone to inspect the property. Tried to install large unit partially blocking a window. Tried to scam me into paying $hundreds extra for more workers. Would not respond to requests to refund my deposit until I made a chargeback, after which they called every day until I blocked the number.
