Not a great experience with aircon installation from Greentastic Pty Ltd. Intially had the trouble with pump cost that should have been covered by sales team. Struggled with the installation team, very hard to communicate with them. They did not install the units where we want them to install them and they just said that it cannot be installed and keep installing where they want. They just want to install the units and leave. Appalling behaviour and service. Left the rubbish promising someone would pick it up in couple of days but has been over a month and despite multiple calls to them no one has collected the rubbish yet. Edit - Has been over a week since they asked to email to them for further assistance but still no one has gotten in touch to address the issue. Completely unprofessional behaviour and a warning to anyone considering business with them.
Greentastic Pty Ltd recently installed an air conditioning unit at my home in Craigieburn. The entire process was smooth and professional. Their team handled the installation with great care and efficiency. The payment plan was quick and hassle-free, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend them for their excellent service and workmanship!
Pathetic and really poor service . I bought 4 ac/ heater from them in Jan 2025 . Through the summer the Ac hardly worked . The technician’s came and checked for 1 full day . They didn’t speak a word of English so the communication was through google translator. Then came winter and wow - now the heater also doesn’t work . Called them e mailed multiple times . They schedule the visit by their technicians twice , but no one comes . We have done the biggest mistake by going through them . Please do your research.
Highly recommended electrification to your new or old home. Very happy with greentastic team and its allied services sub contractors. I have installed ducted AC and I am satisfied of their services. I recommend this enterprises.
