To start, upon moving in, my move in date was pushed back a few days. I was not made aware until the night before we were supposed to move. When taking to Chris, I stated we were having furniture delivered that day etc. she stated " well you can not have anything delivered the apartment isn't ready". It would have been nice to know BEFORE. when we finally moved in, the apartment wasn't even ready. This apartment community allows tenants to live in mice and roach infested premises. Many maintenance request have been submitted, yet the best they do is set bait with the result of returning mice. For five to six months I have been living with mice and mice droppings. This is a health hazard. I only get met with the same solution and rude customer service from the manager Larry. I want other consumers to know that this apartment community owned by Westdale does not fix a rodent infestation, rather they put a bandaid on it.
Worst place to live. Takes the office forever to get back to you. And when they do it takes them forever to fix your issues. In december in the middle of a snow storm our heater went out and they had us without heat for 2 nights. Our apartment was 40 or lower and we had to find elsewhere to sleep on our own money. They gave us 3 tiny heaters that would flip the breaker when we tried using them and did nothing to repay us for any of it. The apartments look great until you move in. The site manager knows absolutely nothing. He pushes your problems off to the office manager who is rude to her tenants. I gave them my move in checklist two weeks after moving in And Nothing was fixed or completed for 2 months. The apartments have bugs and they hire a cheap company to get rid of the problem. These are by far the WORST apartments I have ever lived In.
