I trusted them. How come before I signed up in Oct 23 I didn't find any negative reviews? Are they new? I was faithfully paying them monthly $275 to negotiate 3 credit cards with low balances at the time. Then in April and in May I got the only update that I should get a lawyer because they are being sued for taking fees in advance and will not be able to help me. No hope about money I paid them. They are no longer representing anyone due to being sued for unlawfully taking advanced fees for attorney representation instead of only when needed. They sent a letter to all my creditors saying they no longer represent us and to go ahead and contact ME directly, which is why I am now getting increased number of spam and harassment calls
They don't answer the phone. I can't cancel my account because of this. Luckily, they were sued and are out of business. Even still, over an hour on hold and I'm still number 37 on the waiting list.
Do not go with this relief. There communication to clients is under par, their litigation help line does not answer your calls, waited over 1 hr on hold and still no help. Very disappointed client. I have been served 1x and they did not help.
They did absolutely nothing, then abruptly dropped us leaving us worse off than before
