Submitted mortgage application 3 weeks ago and left multiple messages and no call back. Not much work being done working at home I guess. Bad Customer Service.
Wanted to apply for a land loan. was told they would get in touch with me in 48 hours. I applied thinking they would call me to discuss due to me having a bankruptcy that was over the 7 year mark this coming April. instead i got an email saying that i was denied. they had run my credit without talking to me about the loan. i wouldn't have had my credit run if they had only called me and asked about the bankruptcy. they won't even look at you if it's under 7 years. so now i have a hit to my credit for the inquiry. tot... read more
Greenstone totally dropped the ball on the closing of the property I purchased. I was sent an email, not a phone call, about documents not being correct. Now I have to take new documents to a notary, pay the notary to watch me sign documents on property I now own. Covid seems to be a convenient excuse to drop the ball on customer service. I am not happy with the way Greenstone handled any of this.
