Sherry has been doing my taxes for over 10 years, and has always got me the maximum deductions. I have never been audited or had a problem with either my federal or state returns ( I did when I was doing them myself though). As someone else wrote, Sherry is a genius. And because my wife and I have been doing business with her for years, she also took appointments with us on Saturdays. Jerry & Rhonda R.

HORRIBLE customer service with bad attitude – The receptionist was on her cell when i walked in. She was an older woman with a bad attitude. When i went in to get my refund for my taxes and handed over the papers to the receptionist to give to the cpa (sherry), she looked at me and asked what is this? why are you bringing it back ? huh? she talked to me as if i was dumb and she was just very nosy. Terrible customer service - be sure you're not late – I can't comment on Sherry or Al's ability as neither of them ever did work for me. It never got that far. At our first preliminary appt., the tax consultant lit into me for being late, even though I told him on the cellular phone that I was caught behind a traffic accident and was unsure when I could arrive. He was very insulting and publicly humiliated me in front of my child and another client, who were in the waiting room uncomfortably witnessing my 'scolding'. I apolo... read more
Sherry is a genius, and her staff is caring and friendly... – Sherry has been doing my taxes for years, and has always got me max deductions. Her staff is caring and professional, I don't understand why someone would bash them, in the time I was there in the office the phone must have rang every 5 seconds, it is a wonder they are not pulling their hair out. Sherry is awesome! – I used Sherry for a couple of years then 1 year I strayed. The tax preparation was very confusing and, in my opinion, ended up costing me more tax wise than I thought it should. The next year I went back to Sherry and she got everything right. If there is a write off for your taxes, Sherry will find it! One of the other reviewers said something negative about Sherry's help. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE – I have never been more appalled by the rudeness of this firm's phone help. I had Sherry do my taxes last year and decided to go another route. I tried in vain to get my hands on the paper copy she provided me with last year, but due to personal reasons, could not get them in my posession and I cannot file my taxes without it.
