This is one credit union that shouldn't even be labeled as a credit union. I have a privilege status atm card and it never works at any of these atms. Any green state c.u. does not allow me to use their atm. Worse than any bank.
Excellent people and great service at Greenstate!
My experience with Green State Waukee Iowa , has been phenomenal. The customer service and genuine care for each customer who comes in, makes me completely secure in having this specific bank institution take care of me and my financial accts. I've been with GreenState for about a year and my experience has been great. I wanted to switch from a big bank to an institution that would offer a better interest on my savings account. It's also really easy to get in touch with someone if I need to but I have the GreenState App, so I've rarely needed to go into the physical location since opening all my accounts.
