Leo was very thorough when inspecting the vents in my house. He explained and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He showed me how dirty the filter was and he replaced the UV cell on my air scrubber after letting me know it needed replacing. He also offered to order more filters for me and will be delivering them to my residence.

Extremely disappointing... since this company was emerged with several other companies their service has gone downhill quick. Over the past 3 or 4 years they have come out to do the annual flush on my tankless water heater. Last year they made an appointment, then called me to let me know they were running late by an hour. Wow, really perfect con this is from Home Depot and Greenstar.  Based on what a service technician had told me four years ago, I called Home Depot looking to see if they can provide me with the receipt for warranty claim on my HVAC system, particularly the compressor.  Instead they said they can provide an evaluation and waive the diagnostic fees if they do the repairs, also help with finding the information needed for warranty claim, like the date of install or manufacture by looking up the serial number etc on the system ... read more

I have never been more disgusted with the behavior of any company before my mother did business with Greenstar Home Services. My mother is elderly and recently widowed. She found Greenstar Home Services online and called them out to retrieve an earring that had been dropped in her bathroom sink. There was no stopper in this sink or the second bathroom sink.
