I just wanted to say how excellent your chocolate vegan cupcakes are! I am fairly new to vegan eating and I have been having major cupcake withdrawals! I am so happy to know I can come here and get excellent vegan cupcakes (and other good vegan food)! I love GreenStar!!
I pedaled 900 miles in order to bring a bike riding encouragement program to Ithaca which Greenstar had originally committed to. They then backed out and continue to subsidize car parking without giving any perk to those who aren't using their expensive and expansive paved surface If you bike to the coop, you are paying more for your groceries to pay for a parking lot that you aren't using. Does this help the community, the natural environment and encourage more environmentally conscious decision making?
