GreenStar is the best co-op I've ever visited. When I lived elsewhere & visited here, I always made it a stop. To drool over the bulk department, usually.... They strive to improve all the time, which, as a community, Appreciate!
I was just in Greenstar and it's insanely busy due to Thanksgiving and I couldn't find onion dip mix. Someone who works there (his mohawk was black and bright red or pink, I think) helped me look but they didn't have any packets, so he actually looked up a recipe on his phone, and helped me find vegan versions of the ingredients. And he was in a good mood. While working retail. Right before the holiday. Thank you for saving my onion dip, guy!
Greenstar saved my life! Well, perhaps not, but they certainly made my job easier, when the catering g company I work for was feeding Phish at their Magnaball. Thank you, more than I can say- you went so far beyond great customer service. You've raised the bar!
