We had Greenstar replace many windows in our old house to improve both it's appearance and it's efficiency. While the house does look somewhat better, the new windows are just as drafty as the old ones. The frost building up on the inside when it's cold and the constant whistling with even moderate wind are evidence of that. When asked to come out and inspect the work, they caulked the interior trim and called it good. We never heard from them again. The two stars are for the siding they replaced.
