I went to three chargers, first two were broken. Third seemed to work but then charged 1 percent in 20 minutes so clearly that one wasn’t working either. Ridiculous
Especially at night, most of the charging lots are just parking spaces. Cars aren't even charging. You'll see EVs and non-EVs wasting chargers. It's nearly impossible to rely on this spot.

It is good when you can charge. Better J1772 rates than at the Newport Mall. However, there are always ICE vehicles blocking the spots and even worse, Tesla's who think they are entitled to the spots even when not charging.
