RecommendedReviews are everything these days. Before renting that's the first thing I read. Out of my personal experience this is a family based community first and foremost. The apartments themselves (I've been in several) seem to be more like little homes. You are directly in the center of McAllen with H-E-B right next store. Along with a variety of great restaurants. I'm the owner. We don't allow drug dealers, so they are evicted quickly. Sewage issue was cause by tenant purposely flushing inappropriate material clogging drains. Tenants evicted for lack of payment, drugs, or lease violations are not welcome. Residents that understand this are extremely happy at Royal Oaks. Management.
There should be an option for NO STARS! DONT LEASE OR RENT HERE. Glad I’m making the move from here. �
