It's always clean on the grounds. The gate stays locked and you have to have the gate code to get out.

A friend of mine has had a storage unit at this facility for over 2 years. They have been doing automatic withdrawal the whole time. Well this month ,they didn't. When he went to his storage, it had an extra lock. Who's fault? Well, maybe both. But they waited about four days later to withdrawal. Hell life's busy! It gets hectic. Do your freaking job. Now there's a bunch of unnecessary bs.

Worst place to use in Houston. if your ever late they do everything they can to charge you and take your property. They dont accept partial payments when you try to catch up and if you dont answer the phone when they call they will put tour things up for auction, even if the month isnt up. Once they list your property as auctionable they charge you 3 times your regular amount to make your bill paid in full. They dont answer the phones during office hours so you can pay your bill and there is always someone new working that "... read more
