I was really excited to move into tall Timbers! I have to say living in a construction site is very frustrating. I had to call maintenance 4 times to fix a running toilet. My washer and dryer were inaccessible because the closet doors were put on wrong. Makayla is somewhat condescending and the cleaning lady leaves her cart around and plays on her phone. Not the the luxury experience I was hoping for. I would wait until the construction is finished if you’re thinking about moving here.
Tall Timbers is an amazing place to live. The staff is wonderful. The clubrooms and amenity decks are perfect for entertaining friends and meeting neighbors.
Mikayla was amazing with my move in. Checking in on me daily and helping submit paperwork. The maintenance staff has been quick and efficient fixing any issues
Office staff is very responsive and the community is kept clean.
