I absolutely love living at Tall Timbers. Amelia Carlson was my leasing consultant, and she made my move‑in incredibly easy. She even helped me measure when I was deciding what furniture to buy. Overall, this is a very safe community with plenty of great amenities.
They made moving in very easy and straightforward. The apartment is beautiful and so is the surrounding landscape!
Would not recommend moving into Tall Timbers. Tall Timbers is advertised as luxury apartments however after living here it is everything but luxury. Since I have lived here the elevator has broken multiple times. Additionally my heat was out for a month in the winter and multiple times was given a fix date that would later be pushed back. Now in the summer multiple tenants have had their AC break. The AC was broken in the gym for multiple weeks in the summer making it unusable as well. Tall Timbers Review- I would strongly caution anyone considering living here to thoroughly research before signing a lease. While the staff is professional in presentation, the response to ongoing maintenance and quality-of-life issues has been disappointing. Fire alarms malfunction frequently across multiple buildings, often at all hours, and when this occurs the elevators are typically taken offline—making accessibility difficult, especially for residents on higher floors.
