Review update 30-July-2025: Greenspire/Tall Timbers is a lovely property with fixable problems. Currently, I am very unhappy living here since May for the following reasons. Tall Timbers has had five power outages impacting my work since moving here in May 2025. There have been *four* disruptive fire alarms, requiring all residents leave the building (on the pro side: the fire alarm is an announcement instead of a siren). Review update 11-July-2025 after speaking with Amelia and having a 5/5 interaction. Amelia addressed all of my concerns in a very professional and warm phone call point-by-point. We were able to puzzle ways that Greenspire can aspire to be more communicative with the power outages (outage and restoration), and the garage door closure or opening for cars to enter and exit. Living here has been such a nice, peaceful experience. It’s clean, quiet, and surrounded by nature, which makes it feel like a little retreat from the outside world. The gym is seriously one of the best I’ve seen in an apartment. It’s spacious, modern, and there is rarely more than 2 people in it. Our dog also loves the dog park to sniff and run around. My boyfriend and I just sent out our applications for one of the apartments at Greenspire! After touring a bunch of apartments in the portage/kalamazoo area, Greenspire had the nicest staff (Amelia helped us out on our tour and was the SWEETEST), sooo many amazing amenities, nicest appliances, good security, a great community, and probably so much more… we just can’t wait to move in! Great place to live, pretty quiet. Granted we are near the office and in a more updated floor plan. Besides the move in process, issues (which are minimal) have been resolved quickly and maintenance is friendly. I recommend for anyone looking!
