Shawn and his team made the solar panel process seamless – I am in awe what they can get done even in poor weather conditions. They were always a call or text away if I had any questions, and responded promptly. My system is up and running and I love it. We had our residential installation in January. The install team worked in brutal cold, left everything clean as a whistle each night, and kept us very informed. We were very pleased with the design, installation and follow-up inspections.
Green Spark Energy customer service is almost impossible to reach. We eventually began an email exchange with a customer service rep. who told us we didn't have a problem. Yet it's clear that the electricity our solar panels are making is not being recorded with the utility company - giving us monthly electricity bills similar to before panels were installed. The phone number given in the customer service email is not a working number.
The entire process- from start to finish, was effortless on our part. Green Spark communicated well, and the install was flawless. I highly recommend going solar, and contacting Green Spark to get the ball rolling!
GreenSpark just completed the installation of our system in Rush NY. Great people to work with! We've had our 6KW system for almost two years, and during the first year it covered about 93% of our electrical needs. I expect that we'll beat the predicted 7-8 year payback estimate. It's great to see a utility bill that shows electrical usage = 0!

The panels installed a few months ago do not show at all from the front, and are producing 100% of our electric needs (that includes A/C). We are very pleased with project and encourage everyone to get a proposal from Suncommon. The company's experience is a huge selling point.
