This company is not ethical. Gina is totally rude and uncooperative when you question their service. I told her I was not happy with liquid fertilizer and that I continued to have weeds in the yard. She immediately started telling me that my request was wrong and that at this time of year this is what works best. I told her I would not need their services any longer. Fraudulent, SCAM business, they will invoice and bill you for work not performed. The 'co-owner' lady Gina is rude, confrontational and dishonest, she will interrupt you and scream at you if you call and complain. I witnessed the service personnel drive-up to our house sit in his truck for a few minutes, ring our doorbell to see if anyone was home, went back to his truck and then 2 minutes later come back to our door and leave and invoice, without doing any service. Horrible customer service. The lady that answers the phone (my neighbor told me she's part owner)is neither friendly or knowledgeable of the business. She was pushy and rude. If this is a reputable business, you would think they would want new clients and word of mouth goes a long way (good or bad). How can the work be trusted if the representative of the company is horrible? I would steer clear of this business. Company cannot be trusted!!! They are not recommended by Angie's List.

Great company and great service. Brian has went out of his way to make my lawn look great. Office staff is always friendly and answers my questions. Highly recommend company.

Stay far away for rom this company! I have never in my life had someone scream at me on the phone when trying to find out why we were charged for a service that the tech spraying our yard said he was not spraying for that day. After I spoke to the tech at lunch I came home that night and found a bill on my door for pests treatment he said he was not spraying for until the next week.
