Worst experience ever!!! I'm out of town for my grandmother's funeral, and I wanted to send flowers to a friend who had surgery. Evidently, my friend was discharged at the same time they tried to deliver. Her home address is only 12 miles from their shop, and they told me they don't deliver there. She actually told me "We did our job, so we're done now." She was extremely rude, with no compassion.
