GreenSlate bought my apartment complex in the middle of my lease. We had a MAJOR mice problem and some bug problems, but that and all maintenance requests went unanswered. The first time they contacted me and my roommate, it was to tell us they were raising our rent by 67% for no reason, and we had a month to leave. GreenSlate immediately listed the apartment at the raised price without seeing our apartment or addressing any of the issues. Tldr; GreenSlate is a scam. thus, my experience has been the disappearance of a cultured, working class neighborhood. it's been replaced by foppish residents, over-priced stores, and hiked rents. thank you Greenslate. thank you for killing my neighborhood and profiting off of it. enjoy the new 10% tax!!
Really professional team! Waiting for my lease to be up so that I can join the greenslate community! Everyone I know that lives there just loves it, and the floor plans are to die for!
