Greenshine New Energy customer service and tech support is very unknowledgeable when it comes to knowing and troubleshooting their product. Greenshine incompetency caused us to incur a large amount of labor costs with changing out every component on one of their solar street lights, some more than once due to compatibility issues that they were unaware of.
