I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel like I have to after being patient and respectful for 3 weeks and getting nowhere. I have grass and patches of grass ranging from 12-20 inches now. It’s been approximately a month since we’ve had our lawn edged and/ or mowed. I’ve called 5-6 times and was told it would be done Tuesday or Wednesday yet nothing has been done and the previous two weeks. Furthermore, lawns have been mowed just a couple houses down. Worst Landscaping Very messy, they don’t get back to you when we put a ticket in the system and they lie. Very expensive

Greenscapes is contracted through our HOA and quite frankly they have abysmal customer service. We are supposed to have our lawn mowed every other week and they continually skip over mine. I have called and emailed and the only response via email was when the next scheduled service will be. They never address the fact that my yard is in unusable condition.

Greenscapes was recently doing some major trimming/pruning in our San Remo neighborhood. Someone mistakenly cut down my milkweed plants which feed the monarch caterpillars. Granted, some were well eaten, so we’re probably mistaken for weeds. Still, I was a little upset and I promptly reported the mistake. Kevin Greenwood, a service manager, promptly showed up at my door, apologized for the mistake and assured me that he would order replacement plants and have them planted for me.
