They supply the sod to Davison homes.. the sod is laid over top of gravel and other construction debris that was not picked up. Everyone in my neighborhood complains about the sod. I have huge sections that is dead and there is no warranty.. you can't grow sod on top of cement and gravel..
Can't say enough about this company, the load they take on. I want to give this 5 star to the driver who delivers. He is professional with that equipment, he is courteous and addresses your concerns. You can't go wrong with Greenscape Contractors Sod Farm, you have to be in the business to really appreciate all that they do.
First time purchasing sod, and although they are a little slow in getting back to emails and phone calls, they are professional, courteous, and honest people, and the quality of their grass is incredible. Highly recommend this company if you're looking in the Tennessee Valley.
