I like living at Greensburgh Manor. The people are nice.
The building is well maintained. The people are friendly and helpful. Just wish rent didn’t go up so often and that it was based on current income instead of initial income.
I applied in 2020 and was given a number then tried again a couple years later and was told they didn’t do a number system ever thing was generated differently. Later I received a call saying they were going to have an opening but they already knew that I was on the lower level and wanted to know if I could afford the higher end of the range. This is ridiculous
