My Husband and I had an Excellent Buying Experience with Sue! we came in looking in October for a Spa and waited till Spring because we remodeled a room to add a Deck entrance.. We decided to check out the pools at Valley Pools & Spa in Greensburg after having a horrible experience at a previous Pool store. When we arrived we were greeted by Amber with a pleasant approachable cheerful attitude unlike the other location. We explained what we were looking for and that we were just checking on the prices. She was very helpful and explained the different types of pools along with the cost never once trying to push the most expensive pool once again unlike the other location. Valley Pool Spa saved our pool and summer. Being new to the pool game, we started off rough. The gang at Valley has taken us under their wing and works with us on a first name basis to get our issues resolved!! We have followed their simple instructions and are swim ready!! Bought a hot tub there today. Katie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am so glad I decided to stop there. She answered all my questions with no pressure to buy and helped me understand all facets of owning and caring for since this is my first hot tub to own. Will definitely continue to use this store and will tell others to go there as well.
Got some great help yesterday when I purchased a reel for my solar pool cover. I was able to put it together with the help from my son. And love how it works! Pool is crystal clear and wonderful based on chemicals from VP&S.
For all of you out there struggling to keep a crystal clear pool, just stop. I have been using Valley for a couple years now and they have never let me down once. I have had several issues in my pool created by my hectic travel schedule. All I had to do was take a water sample into Katie and follow the instructions she gave to me. Simple! I now make regular visits for general upkeep. The people here are dedicated to keeping your pool in top shape!
Just bought a pool there today and it was an amazing buying experience! Rick really knows about pools and customer service. It also helps that thier prices can't be beat. We would go back time and time again!
