Make sure to watch the time you are charged for service. This company charges $120 per hour for their service tech to drive from greensboro to winston salem. Both times they have came to clean my ice machine the machine, I have had issues resulting from the service tech not installing or breaking a part and not mentioning it. The first time resulted in me being over charged for his time to come back, and being over charged for a part he broke! I made sure to cancel their service after this cleaning, which has lead to another... read more
Beware!! This company over charges for hours worked, twice they have cleaned my ice machine. Both times I have had issues with the machine after the service. This then requires them to come back out, and then over charge me for parts James messed up! They also charge $120 for travel time, so I have paid them over $240 to drive from from Greensboro to Winston Salem. I would definitely recommend someone else! The office managers response to my issues. We will have to agree to disagree…
