I have going to Dr. Drew Jones for a long time. He is fantastic and has such a caring personality. Today I had my second MOHS surgery with Dr. Goodrich on my face. When I tell people I have had surgery (no plastic surgery), they do not believe it. He too is a superior doctor. I HIGHLY recommend this practice.
Doctors are great, Office and systems need to be updated. Get with the times and provide better service to your patients. They state I made an appointment a YEAR ago, yet aren't even equipped to provide a phone call, text or email reminder when they have all of your contact info. Sent a $30 missed appointment bill. Won't waive the fee, as it is the "patients responsibility". This is true, however, I will be going to another practice providing better service to their customers.
