Terrible. Raising rent to 895 for units that haven't seen an update since they were built. I've been without air now for almost 24 hours. Called emergency line..... yesterday.... still no response. Then wake up to my kitchen flooded 2nd time in 6 months. This time it appears to be mud instead of raw sewage. Called again still no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I've lived here over 10 years and I like how it is Today !!!! We all Family !!!!!
Been living here about two years love it.
I have lived here for almost a year. The area is very safe. The neighbors keep to themselves. The units are brand new on the inside. All I have to say is that I love it here. I will hate to move soon. The property manager Kim is awesome, she is very prompt and has any issues quickly taken care of.
