Great community to be a part of, the staff is very nice!
Tony is great at keeping up with what he can by himself. Apartment was spacious but was not told 1 of my apartments pantry was being used as the water main for the complex nor was I told about a Radon mitigation system in my apartment (beeps frequently even after silencing). They were in the process of hiring a new manager as the other one found a different job so speaking to management was next to impossible. Had ants in my apartment so I put in a maintenance request only to be told it would be 2 weeks before the exterminat... read more
Great place well kept and updated and very clean and quiet cumunity, property manager is great and very friendly!!
Experience was phenomenal! Jennifer was very thorough with the actual move in, covering all important reminders, including a beautiful flower arrangement, welcome card and some special treats from Crumbles!! Tony, Service Tech, did an incredible job preparing my unit for move in!! Wonderful staff at Redwood and we are extremely excited to be a part of the Johnstown neighborhood! Thank you Redwood!!! We are HOME!
Our move in was excellent. Laura and Jennifer made us feel at home. We instantly felt like we were part of the Redwood community and that is was the right choice for us.
